At JNG Mens Fabric, we take pride in the quality of our premium textiles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or garment does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the fabric is uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fabric, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
